"Very disappointed with Bakson Veterinary’s customer service. The product may be good, but the service is the worst I’ve experienced. I ordered the medicine and needed some important details, so I’ve been calling customer care daily for the last 2 weeks. Most of the time, the number is out of network, and when it does ring, no one answers. This is not the way to handle customers—especially when it’s about veterinary health. Please improve your customer service. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. 👎"

"Products are really effective but the process of receiving the products is highly fustrating. Delivery delayed everytime, and when you call customer care half of the time they don't pick or call back, and I have talked twice with their represenative and let me tell you that she is the rudest customer care person I have ever known. No politeness, no tameez at all, very rude woman. Felt like mein hi galat hu ki mera order deliver nahi horaha"

"I had a very disappointing experience with the customer support. During my call, there were communication difficulties, and I felt the representative was not patient or polite while trying to assist me. She repeatedly interrupted me, which was frustrating, and at one point I could clearly hear her whispering an abusive word. This behavior made the experience very unpleasant. Based on other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has faced such issues. I hope the company addresses this and works on improving their customer service."

"Pathetic customer service. Nobody picks call ever, tried calling on almost all weekdays back to back, tried calling on different times but no call was picked. Finally picked cal after 10-12 days and yet no solution provided by the exeecutive. My family trusts Bakson because of Dr. Sps Bakshi but I Don’t understand Such big company can have such pathetic service."
